Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@skinary.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@skinary.co.uk.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at shop@skinary.co.uk.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
